The purchase of the car was easy enough and the salesman was very polite and helpful. The car is very nice and I am very happy with it.
The issue I have is that there were a few (4) issues that needed sorting and the salesman arranged for me to bring the car back to have those looked at. When I arrived the service team only knew about 1 of the four issues, which they resolved. They looked at one of the other issues but advised that they couldn’t fix the issue because the car didn’t have the feature that the salesman said they could fix! The other 2 issues they couldn’t do anything with unless I brought it back again. One chap on Service (Lee) was brilliant and really helpful, another guy much less so. I have tried to take up with the salesman but his email address no longer works.
So the sale of the car was fine, the aftercare has been very disappointing.

Vertu Volvo Taunton were great because they sell a very good car , they aren’t pushy , very knowledgeable and if they don’t know something about the car they find the answer very quickly..
